Currently, we ship within Israel only.

Processing Time

• All dolls are made to order or packed by hand.

• Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

Delivery Time (Israel)

• Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days after dispatch.

• We use reliable local couriers for secure delivery.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Free shipping may apply on select promotions or orders above a certain amount — details will appear at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Since our dolls are handcrafted, limited-edition pieces, we handle returns carefully to protect quality and fairness.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Dolls must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We’ll work with you to offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the issue.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t entered production or shipping.
After that, cancellation is not guaranteed.
